The Tumbleweed Publication

Several years ago a group of friends and myself founded an independent publication called "The Tumbleweed." This small scale, low budget newspaper focused on the music, arts, fashion, and opinions of the central Nebraska area. I quickly appointed myself de facto art director and created a logo and layout. The logo emphasizes the circular motion of a tumbleweed traveling on the wind while downplaying any small-town, rustic connotations the name may have provoked.
